Overview Join our dynamic retail environment as a Stocker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and inviting for customers. Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory intake. Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise, including produce and retail products, following merchandising standards. Conduct regular inventory control checks to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and assist with inventory management tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks safely while adhering to safe lifting practices. Support retail store operations by packaging products, replenishing stock on the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service when needed. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks proficiently while following safety protocols to prevent accidents. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently using inventory management systems. Experience operating material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs. Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and manual handling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper lifting practices. Basic math skills for counting stock, verifying quantities, and processing transactions accurately. Customer service orientation with a focus on retail store product knowledge and merchandising standards.
