Description:
JPA Workforce - Arlington is seeking dependable and motivated Grocery Selectors to join a leading grocery distribution operation in Weatherford, TX. This position is responsible for accurately selecting grocery products and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a warehouse environment. What you'll do: Select and pull grocery products according to customer orders. Accurately pick products using order sheets, scanners, or warehouse systems. Verify item quantities and ensure order accuracy. Organize and stage completed orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Assist with inventory movement and product organization. Meet daily productivity and performance standards. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Education:
No formal education required.
Physical:
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Capable of working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic math and counting skills.
