Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service

Receive inventory and inspect it for any damages

Discard all expired items according to company policy and place near expiry ones on special promotions

Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty

Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to Inventory Clerk

Perform stocking duties such as lifting, rotating products, and facing out

Process customer orders and oversee timely product deliveries

Supervise cleanliness and maintenance duties around the grocery section

Receive grocery items delivery and confirm the accuracy of both order and invoice

Oversee daily price changes and manage register as required

Inform customer of WIC benefits and ensure that he/she receives all benefits from their WIC card

Upsell to customers through recommendations

Answer incoming phone calls from both the Office and customers
