Job description: About Our Company Big Deal Outlet is a rapidly growing retail establishment with locations in Utah and Idaho. We focus on liquidating products that cannot be sold through regular retail channels. This includes, scratch and dent, overstock, customer returns, and salvage consumer products. We are always looking to grow our team with energetic self-motivated individuals who are interested in growing with us. We need team members with a positive attitude, a track record of honesty and integrity, and the ability to work quickly, and efficiently. Job Description The Stocker is responsible for helping to unload trucks and stock the store shelves. The best candidate for this position will be an individual who enjoys working independently and quickly.
What You Will Do:
Unload product from truck containers Keep the store shelves stocked with product from the Warehouse Continuous rotation of store merchandise, both warehouse and retail store Maintain and organized sales floor Assist customers with questions Back up to Cashier as needed Some janitorial duties All other duties as assigned The position will be Monday
  • Friday with an average of 15
  • 20 hours a week. The shifts will fall between 6:00am
  • 11:00am.
What You Will Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer knowledge and math skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently Proven history of honesty and integrity Able to work independently with little instruction Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness Demonstrate high level of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with customers and other department staff High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility Proven ability to work collaboratively with others Excellent communication and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organization skills Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude. Reliable attendance Positive demeanor and professional appearance

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand or sit for long periods of time Use a computer to enter data Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs Perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement Feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands. Move objects up to 10 lbs. (Must be able to frequently move/lift objects up to 25 lbs. in weight. May occasionally move/lift an object up to 50 lbs. in weight)
