Shift Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $22.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday) Lead and supervise production associates while assigning tasks and supporting daily workflow. Monitor production lines and quickly address operational or equipment issues. Ensure production lines remain stocked with necessary components and raw materials.

Shift Lead Qualifications:

Previous production, manufacturing, or team lead experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to understand and follow safety instructions in both English and Spanish. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work overtime as needed. Resume required; candidates must successfully complete a secondary interview.
