Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves a variety of tasks including sorting, stocking, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Sort and organize products efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse.

Stocking:

Accurately stock products on shelves and ensure optimal placement for easy access.

Pallet Management:

Break down and organize pallets to facilitate smooth handling and processing.

Order Fulfillment:

Assist with picking and packing orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment.

Quality Control:

Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality standards are met.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. 50 LBS or more. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are advantageous.
