Role:

eStarland.com is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketplace Associate to manage and grow our presence across multiple online platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.). This is a critical role responsible for ensuring our high standards of quality and service are represented globally.

Major Duties:

Listing & Management:

Create accurate, high-quality listings for a wide variety of video games, consoles, and toys.

Market Research:

Research market trends and historical data to competitively price rare and common items.

Order Fulfillment:

Manage incoming orders, respond to customer inquiries via email, and ensure prompt, secure shipping.

Inventory Control:

Maintain a meticulously organized inventory system and workspace to ensure 100% accuracy.

Requirements:

Deep Product Knowledge:

You should be highly knowledgeable about video games (retro to current) and familiar with their market values.

Extreme Organization:

You possess a "clutter-free" mindset and pay incredible attention to small details (grading condition, checking completeness).

Professional Communication:

Excellent written and verbal skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.

Adaptability:

Ability to stay productive and organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
