Duties Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining product displays to ensure an attractive and accessible store environment Operate inventory control systems using RF scanners to track stock levels accurately and efficiently Load, unload, and move products using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and managing inventory updates Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, assisting with purchases, and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the store clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies, product placement, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly desirable Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customer needs Basic math skills for handling retail math calculations related to pricing, stock counts, and sales transactions Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety guidelines Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience while developing your skills in inventory control, customer service, and warehouse operations.
