Duties Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently Manage inventory control through accurate scanning, tracking, and replenishment of stock items Stock shelves with retail store products, ensuring proper merchandising and presentation standards are maintained Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices to prevent injuries Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas to uphold safety standards and store appearance Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, assisting with purchases, and supporting store operations Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks Strong inventory management skills with experience in stock control and organization Knowledge of retail store operations including merchandising, stocking, packaging, and cashiering Experience in grocery or retail environments with familiarity in produce handling and grocery store product knowledge Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and safety compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long shifts Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
