Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Stocker and play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized, fully stocked warehouse environment during nighttime hours. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory processing. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves or designated storage areas, maintaining proper product placement for easy access. Conduct regular inventory control checks to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies or damages promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, including routine cleaning duties and equipment maintenance. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing products for shipment or transfer within the facility. Support merchandising efforts by ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date and products are properly packaged for display or sale. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse materials handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Experience with inventory management systems and retail store operations is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying stock quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, merchandising standards, and retail product knowledge. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts while adhering to safety protocols.
