Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Help manage receiving, stocking, inventory control, and department organization. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications 1 year of retail experience. Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience in retail, grocery, fresh, or food operations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating retail equipment. Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform routine physical tasks.
