Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications 1 year of retail experience. Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience in retail, grocery, fresh, or food operations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating retail equipment. Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform routine physical tasks.
