General Position Summary The Mobile Device Technician will be responsible for staging and kitting mobile devices, cell phones, and tablets, including accessories to set up software and provision devices specific to each customer's needs. Minimum Qualifications One-year prior retail or warehouse experience preferred Experience in warehouse receiving processes preferred Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read and understand purchase/sales orders from customers and match to equipment being received Comfortable with technology and handling smart devices safely Essential Position Functions Responsible for viewing and cross-referencing data to verify order accuracy Responsible for picking the equipment from inventory storage and staging at workspace Responsible for maintaining information by recording device information from order into an Excel spreadsheet Refer to standard operating procedures to activate devices, complete preliminary set up and install mobile device management per customer specifications Responsible for kitting the device to prepare for shipment by installing any additional equipment as required Prepare devices for shipment by packaging each device and accessories into their individual kit boxes which are then combined into larger box e2
