As an entry level sales rep you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting and identify how we can help
• Educate customers on the latest technology, products, and promotions
• Build rapport and provide solutions
• Close sales and upsell where appropriate
• Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment
• Build relationships with customers, store managers, and other leadership

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Excellent student mentality
• Competitive drive
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
• Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encoureged but not required
• Ability to confidently engage customers quickly and effectively
• Must be 18+ with personal and reliable transportation

Bonus:

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Background in athletics, leadership, or team environments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly base pay + uncapped commissions and bonuses ($1,100
• $1,800+ per week)
