In this role, you will be the charismatic face of our live auction events, engaging audiences and driving sales through compelling presentations and expert negotiation. Your enthusiasm and sales expertise will help maximize revenue, build strong customer relationships, and elevate the overall auction experience. Duties Lead live auction sessions with confidence, showcasing products or assets to captivate audiences and encourage bidding activity Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to attract new bidders and retain existing clients through effective business development techniques Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and guiding participants through the bidding process Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Conduct product demonstrations during live sessions to highlight features and benefits that drive upselling opportunities Generate leads through cold calling, territory management, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the auction's reach Negotiate terms with bidders in real-time, ensuring fair transactions while maximizing revenue potential Packing the orders Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct customer engagement Strong background in management or business development roles that involve territory management and lead generation strategies Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms used for account management and sales analysis Demonstrated success in technical or technology sales environments, including product demos and upselling techniques Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to foster trust and loyalty Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or territory sales to build a robust pipeline of potential bidders Analytical skills to interpret sales data, optimize strategies, and improve overall performance Join us as a Live Auction Seller and become a vital part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional auction experiences.
