Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and strengthening existing client relationships through proactive outreach, strategic management, and expert product knowledge. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining strong customer service standards to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and develop targeted outreach strategies. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account details for reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably within technology or industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in managing territory sales, lead generation, and account management processes. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Experience conducting product demos, technical presentations, or solution-based selling approaches. Ability to perform analysis of market data to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Prior background in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude toward cold calling and direct sales is essential.
