Manufacturing Sales Representative Location:
Santa Clara, CA, Onsite Salary:
$100k-$120K + Uncapped Commission We are partnering with a growing and well-established manufacturing organization in Santa Clara that is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and partnering with customers on technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience selling within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment and will be comfortable owning the full sales process — from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities of Manufacturing Sales Representative:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within assigned markets Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing Partner closely with engineering, operations, and internal teams to deliver customer solutions Understand customer needs and translate technical products/services into business value Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information Support long-term account growth through strategic relationship management
Qualifications of Manufacturing Sales Representative:
5+ years of successful sales experience within manufacturing, industrial, technical, or related industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Comfortable working with technical products and solutions Why Consider This Opportunity as
