Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. Assist in developing territory management strategies to maximize sales coverage and market penetration. Present product demos and explain features clearly to potential customers, emphasizing value propositions. Support account management efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data. Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue from existing clients while identifying new B2B sales opportunities. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with outside sales techniques, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Basic understanding of CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data. Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, territory management, or technical sales is a plus. Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and tailoring product presentations accordingly. Customer service orientation combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
