Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our analytical development operations with a focus on potency assay sample testing and biological characterization. Our team is committed to advancing state-of-the-art methods and supporting critical regulatory and product development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Perform cell culture and potency assay sample testing, ensuring accurate and reliable results. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to facilitate efficient workflow and compliance with standards. Operate specialized laboratory equipment such as plate readers, centrifuges, microscopes, and automated liquid handlers. Contribute analytical updates, documentation, and data interpretation to cross-functional development teams and support sample testing and regulatory submissions.

Required:

Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience. Proven ability to perform cell culture and pipetting. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Skilled in good documentation practices within a laboratory environment.
