As an Entry-Level Recruiting Associate, you will work directly alongside Senior Executive Recruiters to identify top-tier candidates for prestigious technology companies worldwide. This is a unique apprenticeship opportunity where you'll gain hands-on training in technology recruitment and develop the skills to eventually become a Senior Technology Recruiter yourself. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sr. Recruiters to source, screen, and place high-value candidates. Engage with candidates over the phone, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Take detailed notes, stay organized, and track candidate progress in our systems. Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving technology recruitment landscape. Develop knowledge of our industry and technology sectors to ensure success in your role.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills - You know how to build rapport quickly over the phone and engage with people. Persistence and Resilience - Able to learn from setbacks and keep moving forward with a positive attitude. Organized and Detail-Oriented - Effective note-taking and multitasking are essential for success. Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with software tools and eager to learn new systems (experience with CRM tools is a plus). Passion for learning - A strong desire to grow professionally and become a Senior Technology Recruiter.
