In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within assigned territories. Conduct proactive outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate new leads and nurture prospects. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Identify market trends and competitor activities through analysis skills to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments. Deliver compelling product presentations and technical sales demonstrations that highlight features and benefits tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining professionalism and ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost lead generation efforts. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in CRM systems for seamless account management. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge, industry standards, and effective sales techniques. Experience Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory management or account portfolios. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for lead generation and customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations. Experience in business development, direct sales, retail sales or inside sales environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
