A leading company is hiring an Associate, Corporate Governance to support their Risk Management team. This temporary role involves assisting with document management, quality reviews, and governance reporting. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining company records and supporting governance processes.
Associate, Corporate Governance Responsibilities:
Support the publication and upkeep of company documents within designated systems. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure documents meet governance standards. Track document review cycles, extensions, and archival activities. Verify record accuracy, completeness, and consistency, coordinating updates with stakeholders. Help prepare governance reports and assist in team meetings with documentation and follow-up.
Associate, Corporate Governance Requirements:
Possess knowledge of document lifecycle activities and governance reporting. Exhibit strong attention to detail and organization skills. Have experience maintaining governance records, inventories, and repositories. Be familiar with document management systems and metadata review. Hold relevant experience supporting corporate policy or document governance functions.
