Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product demonstrations Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories by explaining features clearly and confidently Conduct product demos to showcase device capabilities and new offerings effectively Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales performance Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting Handle cashiering duties including POS transactions, cash handling, and processing payments accurately Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette during interactions Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or relevant local languages) for effective communication with diverse customers Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred for understanding customer service dynamics Strong communication skills to explain product features clearly and build rapport with customers Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform product demos confidently to educate customers on device functionalities Excellent phone etiquette to manage inquiries professionally over the phone or in person This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful difference in your community.
