Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

As an Wireless Sales Representative, you will interact with AT&T residential customers in-person, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high satisfaction. Identify and pursue AT&T sales opportunities by understanding residential customer needs Promote AT&T wireless products and services based on individual customer needs Manage AT&T customer accounts and ensure expectations are exceeded with new devices and plans Provide exceptional customer service for AT&T residential clients and resolve inquiries quickly Educate customers on AT&T services, upgrades, and new offerings Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within AT&T residential accounts

Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach Comfortable working in a team and in a face-to-face residential sales environment Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow in AT&T sales Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
