Miami Gardens, FL (Miami-Dade County), Hialeah, FLSweetwater, FL (Miami-Dade County), Little Havana, FL, Opa-locka, FL, Miami Shores, FL, West Little River, FL, Gladeview, FL Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with selecting wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services that best fit their needs Drive sales through effective product recommendations, upselling, and promotional offers Educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products, features, pricing, and service options Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals in a competitive retail environment Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately and efficiently Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing merchandise displays and store appearance Handle inventory management, restocking, and daily operational tasks Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service Stay informed on current promotions, devices, and wireless industry trends Collaborate with team members to create a positive and high-energy work environment Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Join our Metro by T-Mobile team and be part of a growing, customer-driven environment where your energy, passion, and sales skills make a real impact every day!
