Job Description

Within the spirit of Making People s Dreams Come True , this position is responsible for working in close collaboration with the Director of Technology Support in leading the Technology Support team and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. This includes but is not limited to TSG Help Desk and TSG Customer locations. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
Manage the Technology Support Team including consultation on performance evaluations, promotions, hiring and disciplinary actions. Review, analyze and update technical support and customer service procedures and related systems. Monitor activity and implement policies and procedures, regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected using ConnectWise. Coordinate training requirements of Support Team. Coordinate the selection and purchase of equipment and support materials. Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the end user. Facilitate internal and external customer meetings. Assist with evaluation and procurement of third‐party technology profession services, contracts, hardware, and software. Oversee Adobe Licensing Portals across the organization. All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Imaging Software, Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise preferred), Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and O365 admin consoles. Advanced Project Management skills are required. The ability to utilize resources to complete tasks preceded by a defined goal or objective on budget and on time. Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it required the use of personal vehicles for company business. A valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
