As an AT&T Assistant, you'll be the go-to resource for helping customers understand and maximize the benefits of our cutting-edge wireless products and services. From recommending the perfect data plan to activating new devices, your role is to ensure customers leave feeling confident, informed, and excited about their AT&T service.

AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Discuss with customers their wireless needs and recommend AT&T solutions, including smartphones, tablets, plans, and accessories Educate customers on the latest wireless technology, features, and promotions Manage the full wireless sales process while ensuring all account information is handled securely Demonstrate and explain device functionality to ensure customers feel comfortable and confident with their purchase Identify opportunities for customers to upgrade plans, add lines, or bundle services for maximum value Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service while meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals Follow up post-sale to verify service activation and customer satisfaction

AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related roles is preferred. Strong interest in wireless technology and ability to stay current with new product releases. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Willingness to learn new skills in this role Friendly, approachable personality with the confidence to close sales Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating positive outcomes for customers.
