As a Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available wireless solutions, and provide personalized recommendations. Strong Spanish communication skills will help you connect with customers, answer questions, and make the customer experience more comfortable and personalized. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your sales, customer service, communication, and product knowledge skills. What You'll Do Welcome customers, start conversations, and provide friendly customer service while using Spanish when appropriate. Use strong communication skills and Spanish language abilities to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services. Explain product features, benefits, plans, and options clearly while assisting customers who prefer Spanish communication. Assist with sales transactions, account questions, product selection, and customer follow-up. Recommend relevant products and services while working toward individual and team sales goals and supporting Spanish-speaking customers. Deliver professional customer service in person and by phone, using Spanish when needed to help customers feel informed and confident. Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates with strong bilingual communication skills are encouraged to apply. Previous sales, retail, wireless, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
