Full Job Description Candidate Requirements:

ASCP OR CLS

certification required

Education:

Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years experience OR Associate's + 10 years Lab background preferred: supervisors, lead techs, technical advisors — hematology preferred but chemistry lead techs acceptable Customer service mindset is critical

Travel:

80%+ overnight travel (Mon-Fri away from home, home on weekends) Self-starters required — no direct supervision in the field Proof of vaccinations required including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, & COVID. Responsibilities Support and maintain critical enterprise systems and infrastructure for the client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues. Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
