About 367 Advisors 367 Advisors is a Tampa-based M&A advisory firm serving lower-middle-market business owners across debt advisory, sell-side, and buy-side transaction engagements. Our Transaction Execution team drives the firm's live deal pipeline, and we are looking for an entry-level Associate to support the Transaction Team across a broad array of responsibilities in the day-to-day execution of that pipeline. The Role This is an entry-level opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to investment banking transaction execution. You will work directly with the Director of Transaction Execution to assist in live deal management and closings. What You'll Do Assist in building and updating CIMs, teasers, management presentations, and other marketing materials for active engagements. Support financial analysis and modeling for live transactions, including building and maintaining models and analyzing historical and projected financial performance. Support client onboarding by collecting and organizing initial diligence materials, and help analyze client financial and operational data to prepare it for the sale process. Conduct in-depth buyer research to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospective acquirers, building targeted buyer lists that inform outreach strategy. Manage buyer outreach logistics, NDA tracking, and process correspondence in coordination with the deal team. Prepare weekly deal status updates and pipeline reporting for the deal team and clients. Assist with general data entry, document organization, and administrative tasks that support disciplined, efficient execution across the firm's deal pipeline. Take on additional ad hoc projects and research requests in support of the deal team. Support live deal execution from engagement through close, working directly with the deal team across a portfolio of active mandates. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent graduates welcome — 0-2 years of professional experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing polished, client-ready materials. High attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and quality control. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); comfort learning new software quickly. Genuine interest in AI tools and business development technology, and a willingness to experiment with and adopt new platforms. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented, proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior work experience, or relevant internships in investment banking, private equity, finance, accounting, consulting, or a related field is mandatory. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 This employee will be eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. 367 Advisors pays 100% of employee premiums for health insurance and dental coverage.
