Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through engaging conversations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and service plans effectively. Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless devices, plans, and based on their preferences and budgets. Upsell additional products or services by highlighting benefits and value propositions to maximize sales opportunities. Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and processing payments efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering technical support, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, especially within electronics or grocery store environments. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly; bilingual abilities are advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions both in person and over the phone. Knowledge of wireless products or telecommunications industry is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
