Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect devices for shipping damage and assess functionality Test, charge, and replace battery units as needed Load and configure network settings per customer specifications Install and configure programs as directed by order details Upgrade software and firmware on devices as necessary Document and communicate any device or system issues with Project Leads Repackage and label completed items for shipment according to order requirements Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and maintaining inventory Ensure proper device handling and storage to prevent damage Conduct quality control checks to ensure all devices meet required specifications Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate more complex problems to technical support teams Assist with device setup, including peripherals and accessories, as required Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a technology-staging, production, or systems support role preferred General knowledge of mobile devices, including basic troubleshooting Prior warehouse experience preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to follow technical work instructions Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset Professional and dependable work ethic All applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screen upon hire. Must have your own transportation. You will be evaluated on your computer skills.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
