Junior Prosecution Associate - Chemical (Atlanta) Finnegan's Chemical Practice Group is seeking an attorney for our Atlanta office to support patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience: running day to day supervision of technical specialists; working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; handling large clients with big portfolios globally; and supporting client meetings. Prior experience as a patent agent or technical specialist can supplement years of experience. A science background in organic chemistry/small molecules is required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.
