Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans Assist customers with retail sales transactions using the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling and proper cash drawer management Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Handle retail store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic math calculations for transactions Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct customers appropriately Skills Bilingual fluency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse customers Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly Retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence and product knowledge Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus for supporting store operations Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers Ability to perform retail store tasks such as stocking, cashiering, cash handling, and managing the cash drawer with accuracy Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or in person This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail sales skills while providing top-tier service.
