Position Overview:

is seeking an energetic and motivated Technical & Sales Specialist to join our innovative team in Newnan, Georgia. At C.C. This position reports to the General Manager of the U.S. subsidiary of C.C. JENSEN and works closely with the Warehouse Manager, Technical, and Sales Support Teams.
Position Description:
The Technical & Sales Specialist will work with our customers and the sales team to find solutions and provide technical support to resolve issues for our customers. Along with identifying opportunities where we can provide new products and services that will add value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and technical support for our oil filtration systems and work with the customer, Sales team, and our technical team in Denmark to resolve issues, both mechanical and electrical. Travel to customer sites to service existing and commission new systems. During site visits, review the customers' facilities for other opportunities for our products; collect necessary data, and report findings back to the appropriate salesperson. When not traveling, the specialist will work from our Newnan office to configure or modify in-stock filtration units, provide customer technical support, and assist with other company needs. Actively participate in customer training and manage projects. Collaborate with sales team to capture new business. Develop a strong understanding of the CJC® product and service portfolio to confidently explain benefits, answer questions, and support customer decisions. Be a major contributor to the company goals and significantly support the mission.
Required Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical control systems. Strong mechanical device knowledge preferred- such as motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems and turbines, etc. Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field or 3+ years' experience in a technical support role preferred. Electrician background a plus. Competency with Digital Multimeters, Tachometers, and Oscilloscopes is required. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics is required. A quick learner who proactively utilizes our training and development resources. Relationship/Communication Skills - Strong oral and written communication; quick to develop rapport with customers face to face. Organizational/Multi-Task Skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to new ideas and constant changes. The candidate must feel comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an international organization working with our internal teams, OEM and end users and international clients. Ability to lift to 75 lbs. Willingness to travel up to 75% both domestically and internationally. Occasional after-hours work may be required to complete service calls or projects and respond to customer requests. Must have a valid driver's license and driving record in good standing. Excellent computer skills are required. Must take pride in their work.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
