Overview Join our dynamic sales team as a Salesman and become a vital driver of our business growth! Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand our customer base. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, customer retention, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop strategic sales plans within assigned territories to maximize coverage and revenue growth. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company policies. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. Work on our social media accounts posting daily to help drive sales and growth. Experience Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demos, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct technical presentations and customer service interactions effectively. Experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable, along with analysis skills for assessing market trends and client needs. Prior experience in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, or territory sales will set you apart as a proactive and results-driven professional.
