Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to lead the charge on our Verizon Communications Sales campaign. The Wireless Enrollment Associate will be the main point of contact for the brand and the customers, to resolve any issues, address concerns, and provide solutions to their telecommunications needs, driving the sales goals for the overall success and profitability of the company. The Wireless Enrollment Associate will be the key element to creating successful brand experiences, developing meaningful customer relationships, and enhancing the brand's awareness throughout Peoria and the surrounding area. The Daily Responsibilities of the
Wireless Enrollment Associate:
Provide hands-on support to customers inquiring about Verizon's products and services, tailoring the sales presentation according to their needs and offering personalized solutions. Identify the opportunities to promote and sell additional services and products that will increase the value of our interactions and the company's revenue, upselling as needed. Gather feedback from customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and meets high-quality standards that represent the brand and our company. Handle customer information when walking them through the sales process with professionalism and respect. Collaborate with other Wireless Enrollment Associates, exchanging valuable insights, sales strategies, and customer service efforts. Participate in company-wide training sessions to stay up-to-date in Verizon's services and products, current market trends, and promising sales opportunities. The Wireless Enrollment Associate will be responsible for coming to our office in Peoria daily, and then heading out to surrounding locations to clients and customers. The qualifications and skillset required for theWireless Enrollment Associate:
0-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions. Strong communicator, effectively delivering information to customers and increasing customer loyalty with positive interactions. Team player, willing to teach and share best practices with peers to achieve company goals. Go-getter attitude, effectively achieving goals and objectives, and thriving in a lively environment. Natural interest in technology, customer service, and sales.Job Type:
