Your key responsibilities As an Associate at EY-Parthenon, you will work on project teams, assisting with strategic challenges for C-suite clients. This role involves conducting secondary research using diverse sources and tools such as analyst reports and news articles to inform strategic decisions. It requires executing various technical analyses like customer segmentation and market sizing to underpin strategic recommendations. Associates are expected to continuously learn new skills relevant to different industries and support client engagement teams. Staying updated with industry trends and identifying risks and opportunities is a key responsibility, along with supporting financial aspects of engagements like budget management. The role also entails reviewing business plans, scrutinizing financial models, and developing project plans for effective transaction strategy and execution.
