at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, United States Job Description Analyzing user requirements and developing functional specifications; collecting data and performing data modelling for data solutions; Analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio, .NET Security Authentication, C#.
NET, SQL
Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and TFS; Implementing version control and effective branching mechanisms using Azure Repos and GitHub; Analyzing test results and recommending modifications; Automating code deployments using CI/CD pipeline facilitated through Azure Pipelines; and Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the applications and website as required by the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering and one years' experience in position or one years' experience in IT field; and Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio, .NET Security Authentication, C#.
NET, SQL
Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and TFS. Pre-employment background check and verification of eligibility to work in US required.
