Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories, including performing product demos to highlight features and benefits Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is well-merchandised with current products Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing the cash drawer with retail math accuracy Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, promotions, and retail store procedures to deliver top-tier customer service Qualifications Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, cashiering, and retail math is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team collaboration roles Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices Familiarity with phone etiquette, upselling strategies, and retail sales transactions ensures a smooth customer experience Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing the cash drawer efficiently Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
