Job Description

Insurance Service Associate General Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high quality support to clients, our internal team, and Wealth Management Advisors ensuring a seamless and positive experience with RCA Wealth Management. This associate will ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquires via phone and email regarding policy coverage, changes, billing and claims. Process any policy changes, renewals or cancellations accurately, efficiently and timely. Support licensed agents by preparing policy documentation when needed. Maintain detailed client records in compliance with RCA Wealth Management and regulatory standards. Educate clients when needed about coverage options, payment methods and available products or discounts. Continuously seek opportunities to improve process and enhance the client experience. Qualifications and Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree / 1-2 years relevant experience Indiana Life and Health License (Can be obtained on the job) Securities Licensing (Can be obtained on the job) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
