Experience troubleshooting software issues. Experience replacing or upgrading computers, equipment, or related technology. Experience coordinating technical issues or equipment needs with vendors. Experience supporting technology assets in a complex technical environment. Experience maintaining technical documentation. Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow. Experience with Jira. Job Responsibilities Support Windows 11 upgrade initiatives. Upgrade and image computers according to project requirements. Install, configure, and validate Windows-based systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Replace or upgrade computers and related equipment. Support asset management and equipment tracking activities. Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset documentation. Update work records and technical documentation in applicable systems. Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and technical issues with vendors. Support advanced laboratory instruments and associated computer systems as required. Track project tasks and technical issues through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Support equipment lifecycle and technology refresh activities.

Pay:
