Posting Details Job Posting Information Job Posting Number S529 Position Title Technical Lead, State Opioid Response (SOR) III Class Title Staff Regular or Contingent II Contingent II (more than 6 mos) Desired Start Date FLSA Exempt Salary Range $115,000-$125,000 Open Date 02/23/2024 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Duties and Responsibilities The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and executing the data collection and reporting activities and operations as well as to the associated trainings material development and delivery. Working closely with BHA, the PI and the Co-PI, he or she will be playing a key role to the design and develop of web-based systems and tools for data collection, analysis and reporting for SOR III as well as web-based training platform. Other responsibilities include participate in regular meetings with BSU Team, UB Team, and BHA Team; preparing and providing ad hoc reports requested by clients; designing and developing dashboard and other data analytics products; conducting requirements gathering sessions with the clients; providing trainings; and other duties assigned by the PI. Minimum Qualifications Education A Ph.D in information systems and technology or related field. Experience A minimum of two year working experience in SOR data collection and reporting. Knowledge Skills and Abilities System analysis and design, data curation, integration and dashboard development using modern programming language, IT socultions and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Phython, Tableau, RDBMS such as MySQL, and Access. Strong expertise in the use of REDCap is required. Strong analytical and report writing skills.
