Key Responsibilities Support engineers and scientists with technical tasks and evaluations. Develop, recommend, and document procedures and methods. Prepare technical reports and documentation based on findings. Conduct technical evaluations of events or issues to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Follow detailed technical procedures and guidelines, making simple judgments within established solutions. Required Qualifications Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training in the relevant technical field. Ability to follow well-defined procedures, rules, and instructions. Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the candidate's discipline. Capability to make simple judgments in straightforward situations. No prior experience required for this entry-level position. Preferred Qualifications Experience or training in technical support, troubleshooting, or similar roles. Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting. Ability to operate in a disciplined, methodical manner with attention to detail.
