Full-Time Position Summary Midwest Management Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and technology-minded professional to join its growing technology team. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology, the Technology Assistant will help deliver client projects, support E-Rate services, coordinate proposals and documentation, research new opportunities, and help ensure important projects and initiatives continue moving forward. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys combining technology, project coordination, research, writing, and client service while developing broader experience as Midwest Management Group expands its technology services and partnerships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technology and Project Support Support the Director of Technology with technology projects, schedules, deliverables, documentation, and follow-up. Assist with solution testing, implementation, training, and ongoing client support. Provide first-line technology and administrative support. Document technology issues and appropriately escalate complex matters. Maintain organized project files, inventories, process documentation, contact lists, and other technology-related records. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the technology division continues to grow. E-Rate Support Assist with E-Rate research, records, timelines, and data collection. Support client communications related to E-Rate services. Help maintain organized documentation necessary to support E-Rate projects and activities. Develop knowledge and expertise regarding E-Rate requirements and client technology services. Research and Proposal Development Research technology products, vendors, industry developments, public solicitations, and potential technology opportunities. Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, RFP responses, presentations, scopes of work, and supporting materials. Maintain proposal calendars and assist with tracking deadlines and required deliverables. Support outreach to prospective clients and strategic partners as directed. Client and Vendor Coordination Coordinate communications and meetings with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members. Provide professional and service-oriented support throughout technology projects. Assist with maintaining productive relationships with clients and technology partners. Qualifications Associate Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Coordination, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using common business technology, spreadsheets, shared documents, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to learn new systems and research unfamiliar topics. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. Ability to identify issues, ask appropriate questions, and seek additional information when needed. Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Technology project support. Help-desk or technical support. Technical documentation. Procurement. Grants, bids, or proposal development. Working with education, government, nonprofit, or other public-sector clients. E-Rate programs or a demonstrated interest in learning E-Rate. Project management systems. Inventory management systems. Help-desk systems. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Compensation and Growth The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$60,000 per year. The actual offer will reflect the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. The Technology Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with technology leadership, develop expertise in E-Rate and client technology services, and contribute to a growing area of Midwest Management Group's operations.
