Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to support process development and technology transfer activities in a commercial biologics manufacturing environment. We enable innovative solutions to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across process validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities:

Apply a fundamental understanding of downstream bioprocessing to support technology transfer, process validation, plant start-up, manufacturing troubleshooting, and investigations. Support continuous process verification, monitoring, optimization, complex investigations, and product life cycle management. Ensure safety and compliance of process development activities within the facility. Provide person-in-plant, on-floor process support and contribute to regulatory filing, inspection, and related activities.

Required:

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or Associate degree with 6 years of experience or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience. Experience supporting manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting and investigations. Direct exposure to technology transfer and downstream bioprocessing functions. Ability to work onsite during dayshift with potential for overtime as needed.
