This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored technical solutions, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven sales experience. Position Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet customer needs Technical Expertise Understand and communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively Collaborate with engineering and product teams to recommend solutions that meet customer requirements Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings Account Management Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing Ensure client satisfaction through post-sale support and service coordination Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related role Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Technical certifications relevant to the industry (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation) What the Role Offers Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) Opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Why Lincolnton?
