A Technical Sales Specialist sells technology products or services for a company and provides specialized technical assistance for customers. May assist with product installation, training for users, maintenance and repairs or upgrades. May travel within a sales district or region to meet with business customers and maintain technology products or service contracts.
The Claims System Associate performs comprehensive, role specific duties within the assigned discipline, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Working as part of a collaborative and well coordinated team, this position applies technical skill, effective communication, and attention to detail to support accurate system use and operational workflows. The Claims System Associate adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policies while contributing to high quality outcomes and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed, discipline specific responsibilities aligned with organizational standards. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records to support communication and compliance. Licenses and Certifications Required:
None Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Bachelor Degree, preferred. Medical terminology and coding knowledge helpful, but not required.
Experience Requirements:
One (1) year Information Systems and Medical Office background, preferred. One (1) year experience in customer service preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements:
Proficient 10 key/calculator skills, preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The Claims System Associate requires physical capability appropriate to generic roles, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting weights that support safe performance of assigned responsibilities. Adequate sensory function, coordination, and stamina are required to meet variable task demands.
Environmental Requirements:
Work occurs in environments typical of generic roles, with potential exposure to routine workplace hazards, equipment, environmental variations, or clinical risks. Compliance with safety, infection prevention, and organizational protocols is required.
