Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our day-to-day operations to drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Duties:

• Manufacture Raw Health Canine Food & Treats
• Work the store as a Store Associate
• Complete all proper paperwork for manufacturing & Store Associate Positions.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in operations or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Must be personable

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
