Job Description

Primary Objective:
To provide support to Dunkirk Technology team as well as ancillary support to other departments as directed by Technical Management.
Position Reports To:
Technical ManagerResponsibilities:
Technology SupportReview process records against procedures, order requirements, and fixed practicesProduct and process data collection/summarizationWitness processing of critical orders/materialsCreation and review of heat treatment chartsMonitor department backlogs and flag up items needing attentionReview conversion requisitions against order requirementsSummarize data for reports and projects Systems SupportScanning, printing, retrieving documentsUpload purchase orders into databaseQA/QC functionsMaterial certification generation and review Quality assurance audit supportCustomer/OEM audit supportReview test results for acceptability to customer requirement
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail orientedAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
Education:
Associate degree in a STEM related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
