Sales & Implementation Specialist Belvista Software, LLC East Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Business development Communications Associate's degree Account management Time management Full Job Description Sales & Implementation Specialist The Sales & Implementation Specialist is a motivated, customer-focused professional responsible for driving the growth of Belvista Software's SaaS solutions, with a primary focus on GoStar, our online reputation and review management platform. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting software demonstrations, and guiding customers through the implementation and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is technology-savvy, enjoys helping others understand software solutions, and is persistent in achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities The Sales & Implementation Specialist has the following primary responsibilities within the company. Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up. Execute established sales strategies and outreach campaigns to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Build rapport with prospective clients and identify their business needs. Educate prospects on the value of Belvista Software's products and services. Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process. Meet or exceed established sales activity and revenue goals. Product Demonstrations & Client Education Conduct engaging software demonstrations for prospective clients. Explain software features, functionality, and business value in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Answer client questions and effectively address objections. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current on product enhancements and effectively present new capabilities. Implementation & Customer Success Guide new customers through the implementation and onboarding process. Coordinate implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production. Provide product training and onboarding support to new customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and implementation timelines are met. Build strong customer relationships that promote satisfaction, retention, and future growth opportunities. Relationship Management & Administration Maintain accurate sales activities, customer communications, and implementation progress within the CRM. Collaborate with leadership, product development, and customer success teams to improve the client experience. Represent Belvista Software professionally in all customer interactions. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, software implementation, or a related customer-facing role preferred. Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with prospective clients. Comfortable making outbound cold calls, following up on leads, and developing new business relationships. Ability to confidently demonstrate software applications and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and persistent, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection and overcoming objections. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Preferred Characteristics Naturally curious with a desire to learn new technology and continuously expand product knowledge. Patient and confident when teaching others how to use software. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and passion for achieving measurable results. Professional, personable, and capable of building lasting client relationships. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a small, fast-paced team. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
